After a massive convergence of timelines, some deities that only existed within Fantasy Time simply vanished, yet others retained their followers, even though their "fantasy entities" no longer remained—their settings had been preserved.
This was actually a good thing, after all, a part of The Fourth Era now was being operated by the Sixth Era. In the realm of the God of Fiction, losing their embodiment didn't mean their information ceased to exist. Existence within fiction was still a form of existence, so through their settings, and the prayers of the believers that came later, various phenomena could still allow these deities without physical forms to be reprinted.
