Miss Malt's login device made a noise, indicating the arrival of new unread messages; however, she was still asleep, grumbling unhappily in her drowsy state:
"Login device, turn off the message alert for me."
"Beep—"
The login device silenced the message alert, and Miss Malt fell back into a deep, peaceful sleep.
Members of the Blood Clan normally don't need to sleep.
But Miss Malt is an aberrant mutant.
As for whether she might fail to receive the oracles from the God of Fiction... that wouldn't happen because the ringtone for the oracle's messages was different.
