A dreamlike deep purple curtain draped over the city skyline, where each structure resembled a crystal-embedded Magic Tower. Sparkling haloes swirled at the top of every building, dispersing the night and bringing light to the world. Even deep in the sky, there was the city's reflection suspended.
Among the many worlds, this was known as the Secret Method World, one of several renowned Mage realms. However, unlike the Mage Nation, Meteor World, a countryside tower academy, or even the ancient ruins of the giant tower—despite its magnificent city—there weren't any normal Mage inhabitants.
Mysterious creatures roamed freely here, mingled occasionally with Arcane Racers studying them, their forms flickering with streams of magic energy. The presence of outside race Mages was scarce and even if present, their paths were always the same, leading to the city's Great Book Library.
This was the dwelling place of "Magic Goddess" Millie.
