Eternal Shadow had reconstituted his form, though he had lost count of how many times he had done so.
As an avatar of the Creator God, although not as resilient as a deity's body, being a shadow creature meant most races couldn't attack him, let alone... scatter him to the winds!

Eternal Shadow incredulously watched the craft fairy opposite him, who, despite being battered from head to toe, terrifyingly stood her ground against him all night as a "mortal race individual."
Furthermore, she had used her unique architectural talent to build a bunch of wooden foundations across the land, their purpose unclear!
No... as a species called "fairy," well, even for a mortal, she was at a "demi-god" level, definitely not just a plain mortal species. But to a Creator God, even ordinary deities were beneath notice.
