The Visitor Civilization was originally sent away, but in the last round of the Civilization Game, it was a civilization manipulated by the God of Agitation.
Due to risky operations in the previous Civilization Game, all civilizations were kicked out of the match by the Ladder of the Redeemer, and all players unanimously believed that the God of Agitation's operations were flawed.
They had already said not to access it anymore, yet they stubbornly persisted in accessing it, ignoring the risks, which led to a total exclusion!
"What about exclusion? It was an accidental scenario! Damn it, a parallel world fusion!"
The God of Agitation had said this, and even pulled out a rare card he had drawn from the King of Games Card Pack, and although he didn't play Elemental Heroes himself, this card wasn't only for playing.
It had other uses, such as acting as a medium for casting new God-level Divine Arts.
