Magic Artifacts and Spiritual Artifacts could be crafted by Artifact Refiners.
However, only a Nascent Soul-level Artifact Refiner could craft a Magical Treasure, and the requirements for materials were extremely high.
In the entire Four Continents, there were currently no Nascent Soul Artifact Refiners in existence.
This meant that there were almost no Magical Treasures circulating outside, and many Golden Core Cultivators would never even obtain one in their lifetimes.
However, Chu Ning understood another truth: the fact that Wentian Gate was willing to offer a Magical Treasure, and merely as travel expenses, indicated only one thing—what Wentian Gate wanted him to do was of utmost importance.
After much thought, Chu Ning decided to decline.
