After a long silence, Milton spoke up.

He suspiciously said, "How come I remember when I first arrived, Your Excellency was wearing a robe of black and white, not this grey one?"
He'd had this suspicion from the beginning.
Alpha said the other had appeared out of thin air, and that was his feeling too.
