"O omnipresent Wind Spirits, heed my summoning!"
"O free wind, please bestow upon me your strength!"
"Gale, listen... obey my command!"
The surroundings were dead quiet, not even a breeze stirring.
Heine's face twisted with embarrassment, and he unconsciously glanced back at the four motionless skeletons.
The "Wind Spirit Summoning Technique" that Katie of the Bow of Sighs had taught him was useless both recited silently and shouted out loud.
Instead, his shameful screams elicited laughter from the four fools, who now sounded like braying pigs.
Director Sa's laughter was the loudest.
"Hahaha he looks so silly..."
...
Dammit!
He still had to pretend he didn't know.
Scratching his head, Heine mumbled to himself:
"What do I do now, without any clues to the Bow of Sighs..."
"Hahaha—huh?"
Director Sa's laughter came to an abrupt halt.
The other three laughed even louder.
...
On the way back, Heine kept reflecting on where he might have gone wrong.
