Due to Zhuo Yang's destruction, Heine did not witness the changes in the native Luku People after their advancement to the Fifth Level.
But he basically got the answer he wanted:
Advancement was the implantation of "will."
For Bedivere, it was clearly a "failed advancement."
Although his physical strength, mental fortitude, and even energy levels had reached the Fifth Level that Heine could not detect with his "Scouting Technique."
He was still considered a "Holy Light Warrior" just like when he was at the Fourth Level.
His Holy Light would not flow continuously due to faith, he would need to replenish it once it was depleted.

Therefore, he lacked the "resistance to emotions" typical of a Fifth Level powerhouse.
In other words, he had not been captured by the Holy Light.
He was a "free man."
As such, he met the requirements to join the Seng Weng Poetry Society.
