The Pomeranian let out a vigorous bark, stood up on Lin Xian's thigh, and wagged its tail.

The sound of hurried high heels approached as Zhao Yingjun quickly ran over from the kitchen, looking surprised at the smiling Lin Xian, and at VV, whose wagging tail and ears had perked up again:
"Just now... was that VV barking?"
"Woof! Woof woof woof!!"
VV jumped off Lin Xian's thigh, and like making a solemn oath, sat in front of Zhao Yingjun, straightened up, its limp white fur standing up again, turning into a large dandelion:
"Woof!!!"
It let out a slightly hoarse bark with all its might.
"Oh my, that's really wonderful..."
At last, Zhao Yingjun breathed a sigh of relief and laughed with a lighter heart, hastily crouching down to embrace the Pomeranian.
Holding it in her arms, she stroked its head:
"You really scared me to death, VV! You had me worried for so many days... But it's all good now that you're better; you're actually cuter when you're noisier."
