No matter how much he wanted to slip back into his old habits, staying up late to train or strategize, he had to play the role of the child, at least on the surface. And though he couldn't shake the unease that came with being treated this way, he knew that for now, it was part of his cover. It gave him the time and space to plan for what was to come.
