"Out of necessity, I have come to help," Zack declared. "Even though this is so out of character that I feel my back itching."
"You are…" the redhead woman furrowed her eyebrows. "Who are you?"
Zack wondered if that woman was messing with him or if she had seen a lot of humans in the last few days. Zack couldn't deny that his appearance wasn't particularly remarkable, but even so…
"It doesn't matter who I am; what does matter is that I will give you a hand, and you will give me answers once I am done here," Zack said. "Do we have a deal?"
"As long as they all die, I don't care what I have to do afterward," The redhead woman said.
Now that he thought about it, Zack realized that despite being different from the goblins he was familiar with, the nature of these new species was likely the same. It was easy to understand why the redhead harbored such intense hatred towards them.
