Zack nodded, and then he headed to the exit feeling to be in a good mood since those skills will increase his deck of things that he could do by a large margin.
Soon he left the base without being stopped and then he followed his way back to his starting point. Still, he began to feel like he was being watched. When he checked the Map, he didn't see anything.
"It must be their leader… as expected, they are from outside and they want everything that I have," Zack thought.
Zack briefly considered the possibility that he might be overthinking the situation. However, he quickly dismissed this notion. In a world as unpredictable and perilous as the one he found himself in, it was always better to be prepared for the worst and to expect the worst. This mindset ensured that nothing would catch him off guard.
