"Well, thanks to our recent actions and the enemies, I was able to see a few things that I hadn't seen before," Roan said. "What I saw was the fact that we would have peace for a while if we ignored the enemy in the south."
"That is pretty suspicious. Why would they leave the portal open, then?" Zack asked.
"If they are old, like hundreds of years old, waiting a few weeks or months for us to invade their land and fall for a trap wouldn't be a real problem," Roan explained.
