Damien's POV:
I turned back to see the lord of earlier, Lord Grandua. I wondered what he was doing here when he was the one to hurry away as if I were a plague.
"Lord Grandua. I never expected to see you coming back after avoiding us. May I know your reason for being here?" Lorraine questioned.
"Ahem," he coughed and chucked. "Apologies my lady. I could not approach you when the Alpha had not introduced you. I'm sure you are aware of this rule. Or have you simply forgotten them, my lady?"
"What rule?" Lorraine questioned arching her brows.
"Let's not focus on that" Lord Grandua dismissed. "I would like to talk with the Alpha of the Crimson Moon Pack alone"
"There's no need for that. Whatever you want to tell me can be said in the presence of Lady Lorraine".
"Lady Lorraine….." He muttered under his breath.
