I sat at the shade of the bus stop waiting for my ride, people walked pass me with a stare looking at me, cause at this point they weren't even hiding it.
A kid walked up to me just to stare at me, i wasn't sure if it was my attire or the way i look, even though Miss Sato told me that Japanese tend to stare at Foreigner's often, i still couldn' help but feel uneasy from the stares.
The kid still looked at me with a curious gaze.
" Chiyo " her mother called for her, to which she turned around ran away.
My appearance must be a liitle odd to them. The bus came at 7:00 and came to a stop at where i sat.
Taking a sit at the back i surveyed the whole bus, and they were students mixed with adults, all going they're separate ways, but a few wore same uniforms that i had on, from they're looks, i could tell how they were happy to start they're new highschool life...
Just as took a few minutes to the bus came to another stop, with the bus nearly full an old lady stepped into the bus.
All seats were taken, i wondered...
She stood up wondering, but from her micro expressions, it seems she has gave up and accepted her fate... standing on her weak legs..... not like i care to be honest.
I let my eye wonder to the front of the bus, when a young girl came up to a male student of which he attends the same school with me, though it was already evident in the uniform.
A blonde, well built, muscular young man sat on one of the priority seats in pride. The girl in question started speaking.
"Shouldn't you offer your seat to this old lady"
She spoke to the young man who had an arrogant smile, it fell on deaf ears.
Then a female office worker who sat next to the young joined in the situation. Well.... that escalated quickly, cause it brought mass attention apparently.
" Shouldn't you be offering your seat to this lady?"
The blonde just smirked to himself
" Why should i offer up my seat to the elderly. It is my priority seat, to which i occupied before her entry. There is no obligation for me to stand up from my seat.... does that answer your dull witted question?".
" You're seating in a priority seat, it's natural to offer up those seat's to the elderly "
I stared vaguely at the scene as the office worker was becoming irritated with his answer and attitude.
In term's of morals, her point was more valid, but his answer was based on pure logical reasoning... either that or he is just a prick.
" Um.... i think she's right. You should give up your seat"
A blonde-haired girl said backing up the office worker, but he doesn't seem to budge.
The scene started to bore me, until i felt a gaze on me.
Everyone was looking at me when i got on the bus, but that was over 15 minutes ago am pretty sure they've lost interest. But this gaze.... i couldn't ignore it.
I looked at the mirror of a lady who was busy on her meticulous makeup session since i got on the bus. I saw the reflection of a chest nut brown - haired boy with golden eyes staring behind me, as i was in the front seat of him.
I ignored him, i looked to my side where a black haired girl sat, reading her book with all seriousness. Her red pupil's glued to the pages of the book, she had a laser focus.
She took notice of my gaze and narrowed her eyes, giving me a cold gaze, but i was really not feeling it at all. To avoid weirdness i diverted my attention to the scenery of Tokyo.
Ayanokoji's pov
I thought to my self why didn't the guy in front of scene offer his seat.
I could give my seat, but don't want to get involved in things like this. The bus came to a stop at the gate.
Everyone of the students attending the school stepped out of the bus. I made my way towards the gate....
* TAP*
A tap on my right shoulder, i turned to see who it was.
" Why were you staring at me at the bus?"
A silver haired boy with ash pupils looks at me with a bored look.
" I wasn't,..... maybe you're mistaken me for another person.
He kept silent with the same expression as before and proceeded to walk away.
I stood there as i wondered how he caught on to me.I suppose he has a great awareness i guess....
A girl called out to the boy who was walking away, as she walked to him. I shifted my gaze to her... she has a black hair reflecting the rays of the sun and a braid by the side, with red pupils.
" Why where you staring at me at the bus?"
She questioned the boy who had a bored face
" I was interested in the book you were reading" he said in a disinterested attitude, or somewhat lazy? his body language was not getting to me.
" You're clearly lying, you weren't staring at the book i was reading" She was really trouble some i was having some headache with her allegations an questions.
But the silver head just turned around and walked away, leaving her standing there, not even responding to her.
That was kind of rude, even for me. But i guess he got irritated with talking to her.
She shifted her gaze to me, i tried walking away but I was too late, and she asked me
" Why didn't you offer up your seat?"
" I guess i don't like attracting attention and it was really a hassle to stand up from my seat"
" So in general you're saying you abide by the saying ' letting the sleeping dogs lie'"
I nodded, approving her summary. I in return asked her...
" Then why didn't you offer your seat".
" I see no point in it, it was pointless in offering my seat".
She paused and narrowed her eyes even more.
"And i don't want to be associated with people with likes of you"
Sending me a cold glare while walking away.
Yeah.... really trouble some.
