In the beginning there was an app that had all the 2000's kids addicted and hooked, it had latched onto them like stink on donkey, every little thing every minor irrelevant scenario would be made known via the app, it was and still is a crazy generation, but because of this crazy app some people (me) met the love of their lives.
Once upon a time, there was a guy named William, who just came from a terrible nerve racking heartbreak, he just lost his first love the only girl that William ever loved he was in disbelief, shock and depression for nearly a year, due to this William developed ADHD he couldn't focus on anything anymore, he couldn't eat, he couldn't sleep and he couldn't do shit all he could do was live and breathe, it broke something inside him that till this day isn't fixed. However in the events of this story we see a slight shimmering light that whispers hope into the heart of William, is this truely Mary's Eve?
William is an 18 year old guy living in the city of Lusaka, the capital of this here country with the highest population of females in the country some might even say why would you remain stuck up on a girl? When they are literally at every corner you look to however not all the stars shine as bright as she does.
Tuesday 12th February 2023;
Post heartbreak the phone rings
"Hello... Oh, David what's up?" William asks
David; I just wanted to make sure you're okay bro you've been offline for a month now, you haven't been the same since...
William: I'm fine (he abruptly interrupts) I just need some time to myself.
David: it's just one girl bro I don't see what the big deal is.
William: you wouldn't understand....
David: fine then suit yourself but I'm going to watch the new movie this Friday you're welcome to join me.if you want to get out of the house.
William: if I feel like it I will.
David: Alright then.
Hangs up the phone*
"Huh, what do I do now? I just lost my one bright light, do I replace it or something? It won't be the same" William thinks to himself.
William then has a flashback from a week ago*
Jaime: William! You can't keep sulking in your damn bed everyday wake the fuck up! She's gone accept it and move.
Jaime's words hit and ring in my head.
"Damn... Maybe I do need to walk out considering it's been a year since Christine and I broke up, a movie with David wouldn't hurt that bad would it? After all what could possibly go wrong?" I thought to myself.
I had not been myself in a while, I had not taken as much care as I usually did after the break up everything was just messed up but little did I know meeting this one girl would change something I thought wouldn't change what is it exactly? Let's find out in the next chapter.
