Patient Assessment and Psychological Evaluation of Alexsandra G. Kingston for determining eligibility for employment.

Alexsandra G. Kingston: Diagnosis of pre-treated {mild} PTSD due to service in USMC. 

Background used for diagnosis: Entry into the United States Marine Corps at the age of 18 and served 12 years, which is equal to a 4-year commitment with 3 additional re-enlistments. 

Occupation: Military Police- 4 years of service: Various Naval and Marine Corps bases in the United States and overseas.

Occupation: Drill Instructor – 2 years of service: Parris Island

Occupation: Scout Sniper for 6 years of service: Iraq, Afghanistan, Qu-Tar, undocumented: classified

Achieved the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (E-7)

Records received from the DOD reported 62 documented terminations of life. Other records are sealed by the NSA, CIA, and DOD.

Sniper spotter Ken "Malibu" Hall was killed 2 years prior to her retirement. She was next to Hall at the time of impact, resulting in death. 

Involved in multiple combat situations and was present for multiple fatalities of team and squadron members within proximity. 

Recurring nightmares of combat and assignment situations are present but believed irrelevant in relation to current job performance. 

Ms. Kingston's personality traits include courage, commitment, honor, selfless behavior, trustworthiness, and protective reactive instincts. 

Ms. Kingston shows mild personality traits, such as aggressive behavior, reactive thinking, impulsivity, sarcasm, and a lack of empathy in certain situations. 

Ms. Kingston shows mild personality traits of skepticism and inability to trust. 

Medical reports show she is in exceptional physical health. 

Height:5'9 

Weight: 132 

Body fat: 9 percent. Height, weight, and body fat are in compliance with the normal range, with no anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, rumination disorder, or avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder. 

No variations in polygraph assessment. Conclusion: passed

 It is the opinion of this Doctor of Psychology that Ms. Alassandra G. Kingston is fit for employment.
