The next day, Ethan woke up feeling refreshed and invigorated. The memories of the previous day's battle and the celebrations were vivid in his mind. The good night's sleep had done wonders to replenish his strength. Sunlight streamed through the window, casting warm, golden hues across the room.

He sat up, stretching his limbs and taking a deep breath. The air was crisp and fresh, filled with the faint scent of the peculiar flora that thrived in this floating realm.

Ethan rose from the bed and made his way to the small table, where a simple breakfast awaited him—a plate of fruit, some bread, and a pitcher of water.

As he ate, he could hear the village beginning to stir outside. The sounds of morning routines and soft chatter filled the air, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Faelan and a few of the villagers soon appeared at the door.

"Good morning," Faelan greeted him with a smile. "I trust you slept well?"
