Sophia was wholly focused on the formidable Shadow Behemoth charging at her, now that monster is climbing the cliff trying to reach her. Her winds swirled around her in a desperate attempt to fend off the monstrous entity if the creature ever able to reach her.
Meanwhile, Ethan stood a short distance away, his eyes narrowing as he summoned his Aether Bow. He pulled back the string, a crimson arrow of energy forming at his fingertips. He aimed carefully, taking advantage of Sophia's distraction.
He released the string, and the crimson arrow shot forth with incredible speed, slicing through the turbulent air.
*SWISH!*
Sophia didn't notice the arrow until it was too late because she is too preoccupied with the Shadow Behemoth. The arrow struck her shoulder, a burst of crimson energy erupting from the point of impact.
