Once Jason reached the other side of the fortress, he looked around to see if he could find signs of their activities, and his guess was right. There was a clear path in the grasslands, and the grass had been smashed as if thousands of people had gone further south.
"Do you think that the survivors of the city were forced to head south?" Rose asked when she suddenly approached.
"... I thought that you were smarter than that and would join the group of morons. I guess was a moron, too," Jason said when he looked over his shoulder and then saw the survivors trying to pack everything that they could carry. Who knows, can't say without some extra information."
