" Sieg? Is there something bothering you ? " Carla asked in a concerned tone as she tightened her hold over his hand.
Siegfried snapped out of his thoughts as he gazed at Carla as he was sitting by her bedside.
He had a conflicted expression on his face as he didn't know how to bring this matter up to her.
But in the end he decided to just come out with it instead hiding the truth and being self righteous.
She has the right to know and whether the truth would hurt her was not for him to judge when this matter concerned her a lot.
Siegfried took a deep breath as he gazed at Carla seriously.
" Carla .... Grisha passed away 5 days ago .."
" W-What? " .....

Carla covered her lips with her palms as Tears flowed down her face.
She felt complicated after finding out about Grisha's demise , this was her husband the father of her child.
How could she not be sad when she found out he died, she may have feelings for Siegfried which were due to him being there for her but she still had feelings for Grisha.
She couldn't just erase them and it was not like Grisha did anything to make her hate him so his death was a little hard for her to accept.
" Sieg I-I feel like a horrible woman ! " Carla said with a teary face as Siegfried felt distraught at her state as he held her hand gently in a reassuring gesture.
" No you are not , don't beat yourself up too much about something you couldn't control , here ... You would understand better If I showed it to you " Siegfried said gently and he tapped lightly on the forehead of a confused Carla.
Carla became dazed for a few moments before snapping out of it with a heavy expression and a lot of confusion and fear.
" I-Is this real ? Are the Titans going to come for you too ? " Carla asked nervously as she held his hand.
" Yes .... But don't worry they don't know that I am in possession of the founder nor I am the Attack Titan " Siegfried felt a lot of relief when Carla didn't fear him.
" And also I need to show you something else " Siegfried slowly willed his horns and wings to come out making Carla's eyes widen.
" W-What is this ? " Carla said with slight awe and confusion as she gazed at Siegfried's horns and wings that were folded behind his back.
" I am a Demon " Siegfried said slowly as he waited for Carla's reaction and he felt like a stone was lifted from his chest when he noticed no rejection or fear in her eyes , only a bit of hesitation and confusion along with curiosity.
" D-Do you eat people ? " Carla asked hesitantly to Siegfried making him chuckle.
" Ofcourse not ~ ...But... I can eat you if you want ~ " Siegfried couldn't help but comment as he wanted to lift her mood.
" Y-You! Be serious!" Carla blushed as she glared at him.
Siegfried sat beside Carla as she stared at him in wonder.
" Can I touch it ? " Carla asked in hesitant to as she gazed at his horns with a curious expression.
" Sure ~ But be gentle ok~ " Siegfried sported a mock shy expression like a virgin telling her lover to be gentle which made Carla giggle as she smacked him lightly with a smile on her face.
All her previous negative emotions were swept away by him , that was just the effect Siegfried had on her.
He was always able to somehow keep her happy and she always found herself dearly missing him when he went out on expeditions and before she knew it he had become an integral part of her life...

" It's a bit sensitive" Siegfried said with an embarrassed expression as he gazed at Carla who was holding his tail with an expression filled with awe.
" Like this ~ " Carla asked with smile as she gently stroked the tip of his tail with her thumb making Siegfried flush a bit.
" You!..." Siegfried glared at her in annoyance as Carla was staring at him with provocative look in her eyes while playing with his sensitive tail.
" 'You' what ? " Carla said in a playful tone as she continued teasing him , she didn't know why but his expression triggered something in her making her want to tease him more.
" You are playing with fire ... And .....you might get burnt...." Siegfried narrowed his eyes as he really was feeling horny and a bit annoyed that Carla was teasing him like this.
" What if I want to ...." Carla bit her lips as she said slowly with a blush on her face as her breathing quickened.
She could feel that the previous friendly and playful atmosphere around them was fading at a rapid pace as lust and desire was filling it.
The intensity in his eyes was enough to heat up her body as she felt feverish as her nipples became taut as a result and she would be lying if she said she wasn't a bit wet.
Now they were no longer two friends in a room but a Man and a woman who clearly desired each other...
