Zane was all set to leave for work at his company. Today would be his first day in the office with his previous CEO position, as his Vice President position had been suspended temporarily due to an incident at his ceremony.
As he stepped out of his bedroom, he perceived the pleasant aroma filling his living area. As he moved further, he noticed Jane was dishing out some meal on the dining table.
Seeing her in his suite again without being permitted, Zane didn't look impressed. "What are you doing?" he demanded.
"Getting your breakfast ready," Jane answered as she set the last plate, "I heard you have been skipping your meal recently. You look unhealthy and weak. I don't want people to gossip about that,"
"It seems you are tired of the responsibility of being a manager in the company. I can find someone else to replace you if you don't know when to attend to your duties." Zane stated in a haughty tone.
