Keitaro sat cross-legged on the floor, surrounding him were mountains of ancient tomes and scrolls.
Each and every one single one of them brimmed with knowledge of curse energy.
Keitaro's eyes gleamed with an almost childlike excitement as he flipped through the page.
There were just so many things within those books, in his opinion his stay in England was worth it just for those books alone standing all around him.
It had been like 8 or 9 days since he was introduced to this place and ever since then, not once had he left the library.
He doesn't think he had slept at all in the past 8 days, he used the reverse curse technique in order to keep his brain and body fresh.
He had read about 9216 books, which was about 1152 books a day, at the pace of 100,000 words a minute.
He could finish a book of about 500 pages in less than an hour.
He could go faster but he wanted to comprehend what he read and that was the reason he decided to go with this semi-fast pace.
After reading each book, he would use curse energy along with the lightning attribute of his Vajra glove to stimulate his brain in order to store as much info as possible.
The second his brain seems to be reaching its limits, he would use Rct in order to heal it.
Keitaro closed down the book he was reading and grabbed a book that was nearby.
A book called.
The secret of cursed energy: Heian Era Chronicle.
Wait this book was from the Heian era?
The book also seems to be written in Japanese.
What the fuck was it doing here?
Keitaro decided to not question it further, what else could he expect from a country of the colonizer?
The book spoke of curse energy, describing how sorcerers in the Heian era wielded curse energy with unparalleled mastery.
Apparently, they had managed to unlock so much more with curse energy, so much knowledge was lost due to time.
It refers to the Heian era as the peak of jujutsu sorcerer.
One section of the book detailed the creation of barriers, describing them as the pinnacle of the jujutsu sorcerer.
Barriers were more than just protective shields" They were complex structures that could do anything the wielder made them do.
As long as the wielder was skilled enough, the things that could be done with barriers could be infinite.
Keitaro continued to read further in the book reading through all the info that it was giving him.
Given his current state, all that info was quite useful and would be used in order to strengthen his barrier technique in the future.
Maybe next time he could create a barrier technique that could help him amplify his technique to a level even higher than it was currently.
Keitaro's eyes then went toward the last page of the 50-page book.
He had finished the book in record time.
The words within at the end however seem to possess some peculiar Japanese symbols.
He could barely make them out.
"無界領域"
"Mugen Ryōiki"—Barrierless Domain.
Keitaro lay there confused a bit....so it existed, it was real.
What seemed to be a wide grin made itself known to Keitaro's face, a domain without an outer shell that could be attacked.
He had a rough idea that it existed but never had any solid clue on how it was possible.
This book may have lied about its existence but all the info in the book seems about right.
As he was thinking that he was applying what he learned, he created a small domain around himself and strengthened it, he then made the domain work as some sort of armor around his sword.
It seemed as if he was applying domain amplification to his blade alone.
Keitaro took in a deep breath, as he still felt unable to use his curse technique.
Deciding to turn off domain amplification he wonder, what could be some possible way to bypass Gojo infinity with his new blade.
Keitaro decided to use his CE on the blade.
The blade seemed to turn a golden color as if it was resonating with Keitaro.
Deciding to walk somewhere without any books nearby.
Keitaro decided to give it a swing, mid-swing. Keitaro teleported the blade below and the blade followed his instruction.
He tossed the blade and it just teleported toward the destination without traveling at all.
This could be pretty useful, he wondered...could he teleport the blade attacks?
Using his Ce, he did several slashes while using the blade, however, nothing seemed to have happened, apart from the fact that he now was very good at handling this sword.
It was cool and all but he wanted to see what else this sword could do...
If only there were a way to test it...
As if heaven itself had heard his call, the protecting seal that he had placed on Edgar was activated.
Keitaro's eyes widen a bit, huh? who could possibly be attacking the boy so early...
Checking the clock it was about 3 am.....
Goddam, his sleep schedule was fuck up.
Anyway enough about him and more about Edgar.
