After days of having the same dream, Keitaro decided to try and imitate one of the techniques the person in his dream was using.
It was probably something that he wouldn't pull off in a small amount of time.
Probably a few months at worst but it was worth the try.
The ability seem to create a shadow clone of the person but the Keitaro technique wasn't related to that.
All he had were marking and teleportation.
He probably could find a way to make that work.
Thinking deeply about the principles of his teleportation ability, Keitaro decided to experiment with rapidly creating temporary markings and manipulating his curse energy to give them a semblance of physical form.
That was just a theory though, In practice, Keitaro would have to focus on dispersing his curse energy into multiple marked points simultaneously, forming illusions that resembled clones. The markings would have acted as anchors for these ethereal duplicates, creating a convincing replication of his presence.
It probably wouldn't fool the six eyes but whatever work, work...considering they were illusion they probably lacked substance and were purely illusory, disappearing upon contact.
By mastering the coordination of his curse energy, he probably could create a convincing illusion of multiple versions of himself, keeping opponents guessing about his true location and intentions.
Keitaro, driven by his newfound idea, eagerly opened his notebook to document the process of mimicking a shadow clone using his curse technique. His pen glided across the paper as he meticulously outlined each step.
[Experiment Log - Mimicking Shadow Clone with Curse Technique]
{Objective: Create illusory duplicates using rapid marking and manipulation of curse energy.
Marking Technique: Develop a swift method of placing multiple markings simultaneously. Practice precision and speed in drawing distinctive symbols.
Curse Energy Dispersal: Experiment with dividing curse energy among marked points. Aim for even distribution to ensure each marking carries a convincing illusion.
Illusory Formation: Study the interaction of curse energy and shadows to create a convincing visual illusion. Focus on mimicking movement patterns for authenticity.
Temporal Stability: Investigate the duration of the illusory duplicates. Strive for a balance between a prolonged presence and swift disappearance upon contact.
Diversification: Explore the possibility of creating multiple clones simultaneously. Test the strain on curse energy control and the realistic appearance of each duplicate.
Practical Applications: Consider potential uses in battles, such as diversion, confusion, or strategic positioning. Assess the effectiveness of the shadow clones in a combat scenario.
Limitations: Acknowledge and document the inherent limitations of the technique, especially the lack of physical substance in the illusory duplicates.
Refinement: Iterate on the technique, incorporating feedback from experimentation. Fine-tune control and timing for seamless execution.}
He had some other ideas in his notebook, they were decently good.
Keitaro had always wondered where he went when he teleported.
Because even though the teleportation seems instant and is instant, when he teleports all traces of his presence seem to vanish.
It was as if he was in another realm although as if he had created some sort of hole in space and used it to travel.
Wouldn't that mean his ability as some form of spacial manipulation included in it and if that truth opens the door with so many new abilities that he could do?
Keitaro could find a way to temporarily link his markings with specific locations in other dimensions. This would allow him to execute a dimensional swap, instantly transporting himself to a different plane of existence or anything coming toward him for that matter.
Although something told him as he stood right now everything he was thinking of was nothing more than just a pipe dream.
The other way he could upgrade his ability now was either to learn to reverse the curse technique, make some binding vow, or learn how to do barriers.
For now, he would much rather gain his strength through his hard work first and then learn more about the other.
He had received the kunai so now it was about time he started to use them.
He looked at the kunai before he started to make the mark.
It took him a while, but eventually, he succeeded in marking all the kunai.
Now for the moment of truth.
He walked outside his room with the kunais equipped before throwing them.
Keitaro watched as all the kunai landed on different spots.....
He would have to work on his aim but now for the moment of truth.
In one instant Keitaro disappeared before appearing above the Kunai that was stuck on a tree.
He picked the kunai up and twirled it a bit around his finger with a smile on his face.
This was extremely fun.
He just found a new buff for himself, anyway that is probably enough progress for today.
His curse energy tank had been completely drained.
A/N does his progress seem a bit too fast or those it seem to be consistent with someone who practically has Minato talent?
