"Well, that was awkward." Solon muttered as he made his way back towards his room, accompanied by his guards.
"No, I do not think so. I believe that went well." A female voice interjected from the side.
He gave a side glance at the black-eyed woman that accompanied him too.
"It could have been worse." She added. "They could have just ignored you or even insulted you for trying to graft human/foreign culture into the demon society."
He remained silent, not saying a word until they arrived by his room's door.
The tiger kin stepped forth and served as a doorwoman, opening the door for him.
As he entered, only the goddess followed after him, his guards maintaining their positions at the door.
Turning around to face her as the door was shut behind them, he asked; "What do you want, Astraea?"
