Solon believed the same, and some of his expectations were met.

For one, although the interior was fitted with grand pieces, designs, and opulence; there were no angels.
He wanted to see angels!
Instead, he was treated to the sight of ordinary (wingless) people roaming the place with huge smiles on their faces like they were in some eternal Utopia.
There was art – paintings and sculptures – of various kinds all over the place, making it almost look like a museum.
Looking up, the ceiling was quite high above and would require him to fly up to reach there but from where he stood down on the multicolored (red, blue, and green) ground, he could still make out breathtaking designs.
