I got a sudden sense that the droplets of water from the shower and the steps approaching were getting closer and closer.
A steady breath from Cassandra as I could see her figure through the blurry glass-like door.
"Can I come in?"
"S-sure," it's just a bath, right? A bath with a beautiful princess; nothing can go wrong, I hope.
"Then..." The glass door slid open, revealing Cassandra with a towel covering her body.
Wait, I'm completely naked right now! I put my hands on my bottom to prevent her from seeing my sword, but she sighed.
"It's not like I haven't seen it," she passed me and walked towards the bathtub that was just beside the shower I was using.
"It feels like we're childhood friends taking a bath, hahaha."
"We aren't childhood friends; we met during a time of war, so more like war buddies."
She got out of the bathtub and pinched my side while laughing.
