9:00 a. m
Today I was going to meet Marcus family, I haven't meet them before, because he never introduced me to them, I remember in my past life he only introduced me to his family when I got pregnant because he knew that they were going to be happy having a new member of the family but instead they actually hated me because I had a miscarriage back then...and now the plan is for them to like me, na magustuhan nila ako buntis man ako o hindi and I have the perfect plan for that, I have known her mother because even before the marriage I have lived with her, she likes homemade food and his father loves tea, so of course I have prepared something for them.
Don't worry, this won't go to waste because after they have finally fallen for my trap I will then drop a bomb.
I arrived at the restaurant that Marcus and I booked much early than I expected, cause no one was here, just me and the other staff of the restaurant.
After a few minutes I hear a footsteps coming near where I was. And as I turned my head I saw Marcus with his father and mother. I then stand up and greeted them.
Agad naman ay sinuri ako ng tingin ng ina ni Marcus. Simula ulo hanggang paa ay sinuri nitong mabuti ang itsura ko. Hindi ko nga alam baka mamaya hinuhusgahan na pala ako nito ano.
"You look decent, that's good". What a relief. Naupo naman ang mga ito kaya sumunod na din ako.
"Let's get it straight together". Sambit pa ng ina ni Marcus, my gosh what was it this time.
"You're not marrying my son because you were pregnant right? Gusto kong magka apo oo pero kung buntis ka ngayon kaya lang magpapaksal sa anak ko eh tutol ako dyan, nagmumukha naman kaseng disgrasyada ka kung ganon". I kinda get it now, why they hate me back then.
"I'm not pregnant of course". I said bitterly, so that what they think of me back then huh?
"What does your mother do? I want to know that you won't just marry for money". This is getting on to my nerves, I even make a lot way more money than Marcus.
"I'm a manager at the company that I work with, and as for my parents we actually do own a farm and have our own business, so there is no way that I will marry your son just for money, because I make more money than him". I said, napuno na ako eh kahit san talaga bastos pa din ugali nila.
"Great, okay I approve your marriage to my son, but on one condition". Sambit ng ina ni Marcus.
Matalim na tinignan nito ang mga mata ko.
"We will be the one deciding when and where, even your gown that you will wear and your honeymoon venue". I just smile and nodded, alam ko naman kase na hindi na aabot pa duon, hindi kami ikakasal lahat ng ito ay plano lang, parte ng pag hihiganti.
Lumipas ang oras ng pag uusap at naka alis na din sina Marcus, naiabot ko naman ang regalo ko sa kanila kahit papano, at nagustuhan naman nila ito.
11:00 p. m
Matapos na ma meet ko ang magulang ni Marcus ay umuwi na din ako dahil nag plano akong mag lipat ng bahay, malamang kase na pag na bulgar ko ang sikreto ni Marcus ay hindi ako tigilan nito at kung magka taon na hindi nga ako makasal sa kanya ay baka sya naman ang pumatay sakin.
"You can just put it their, thank you". I said to the mover as the place my things on the floor.
Sobrang dami pang ayusin sa bagong condo ko, even kung saan ko ilalagay mga gamit ko eh hindi ko alam, mas malaki na ang kinuha ko compared sa dati para naman malawak ang magalawan ko. Sa ngayon eh wala pa din akong kakilala sa mga nasa ibang room dito and actually I think that's an advantage dahil kung sakali man eh walang makakapag turo sakin na nandito ako.
I started on unpacking my things and inuna kong ayusin ang kwarto ko at kusina para naman mamaya ay makapag pahinga din ako ng maayos dito.
6:00 p. m
Sa kasalukuyan ay living room ko nalang ang hindi ko naayos siguro bukas ay tapusin ko na ito.
Naisipan ko na munang mag hapunan at matapos ay nag pahinga ako.
Nahiga ako sa kama ko at panandalian na pumikit. Habang mapayapang naka pikit ay biglang sumagi sa isip ko ang sinabi ng ina ni Marcus na naging dahilan ng aking pagka irita.
Napa buklos naman ako ng marinig ko ang cellphone ko na nag ring. Daglian ay sinagot ko ito.
"Hello?". Tanong ko sa kabilang linya hindi ko na kase nabasa yung pangalan.
"Honey, it's me". Oh I have to deal with this again.
"Why did you call?". I asked in a happy tone, of course I need to pretend that I was happy talking to him.
"Well I just wanted to thank you, my mother really like the gift that you have given to her especially the cookbook". He said.
"Oh really? That's good". I replied.
"So that's all, I'll hang up now". Sambit nito at walang ano-ano ay pinatay ang kanyang telepono.
Matapos ang tawag na iyon ay bumalik na uli ako sa pagkaka higa ko at tuluyang natulog.
8:00 a. m
Nasa hallway na ako papsok sa opisina ng biglang sumulpot mula sa hindi ko alam kung saan itong si Lexi.
"Can we talk?". Seryosong tanong nito sa akin. Saka lumakad.
"Are you seriously going to marry him? Again?" Unang tanong nito ng maka rating kami sa cafe malapit sa opisina na pinapasukan namin. Kaka upo palang yun agad tanong nya.
I straighten my posture and ask her. "Do you think I'm that dumb?". She gulp.
"It's just a part of my plan, don't worry about me". Sambit ko.
"No, but I told you be happy not torture yourself". Wika nito.
"I'm not torturing myself, it's plan it's how I can get out of him". I explained, she just bow her head.
"Okay I'm sorry, maybe I over reacted, I just don't want to go to your funeral again for the second time, I don't want to feel the pain of losing you again". She said as she lift her head.
My heart beats fast as she said those words, what am I feeling right now? why am I like this?
