Don Wallis' lips curved up slightly and he nodded approvingly. "Don't ever lose sight of that. Most people tend to forget the reason why they do this job after so many years of service," his voice was heavy and there was a wistful look in his eyes.
A tinkling sound came from Ariallaya's wings as they fluttered quickly. The small fairy nodded its petite head while making a fist. Its tiny form bobbed up and down in the air.
"Ariallaya agrees with your sentiment as well," as Don spoke, his expression grew pleased.
How did he know what Ariallaya was saying? I wouldn't have gotten that as quickly as he had.
"Which room of the house do we need?" Don Wallis asked Ariallaya, pulling the conversation back to the matter at hand.
