Luna should have known that she shouldn't have taken Isaac's joke lightly. He was the type of person to act on his words, even if they had been said in jest.
"What-?" She was in the kitchen, eating a sliced apple for breakfast when Isaac burst through the door, asking her if she was ready to go.
"Simon and Carl are outside waiting. Mark and Lyla will meet up with us later. Hurry and go pack the things you'll need for the week. Oh, and I already got permission from your aunt this morning." Isaac held up his cell phone with a chat screen pulled up, displaying the conversation he had with her aunt. "Come on, hurry up." The grin on his face couldn't get much wider as he ushered her to stand.
"Wait. What?" She asked again, still having a hard time processing what he was saying.
