Chapter 137 - Chapter 137 - Now considered and declared as the Knight of Buses and Bus Driver Hero

Third person POV

Later, after the trial, as the Elai party was escorted out of the courthouse, Russell and Adrian said thank you to George and Nicholas for taking care of that disgraced and convicted hero party for Adrian. "Yes, you're welcome, you two," Nicholas responded back brightly.

Nathan, John, and others were happy and positive that justice had been served for both Russell and Nathan.

Some of those whom the Elai party had victimized in the past were also relieved to have full closure against them as well.

Because of this, the people in court thanked Russell for his heroism of exposing the Elai party's misdeeds without hesitation.

Russell felt overwhelmed by their thankfulness to him and did his best to appease their compliments in response.

And then, George offered to give Russell the honor of being a knight through a short ceremony for knighthood. Russell was taken aback by this but accepted it because he thought that it was cool. So, with his royal sword reserved for knighthood ceremonies, George gave Russell a seal of knighthood, not for his status, but for his good and heroic deeds to his kingdom. Nathan, Azalea, and the others were happy for him, especially Kane, Caspian, Leon, Sierra, Alder, and Sylas. And so, Russell gained the title Knight of Buses, making it in par with his already existing nickname Bus Driver Hero. As for the latter, it became more popular than ever. Russell also gained a lot of points for receiving that title and moniker and leveled up, much to his joy.

A few days later, Aren, on his throne in Queva City, Batela, had found out what had happened to the Elai party and Russell's new status as Knight of Buses in addition to his moniker Bus Driver Hero. The evil crowned prince was disturbed by it but smirked at it because he had future plans against him. At the same time, in their underground lair, the Square Order of the Squirrels had managed to acquire and steal 2 of the 10 Forbidden Fragments of Darkness. That cult of doomsday-like people will be using them and the other 8 fragments to break the seal that bounded Malarka, the demon king of the Northern Territory, freeing him from that millennium-old seal. But the ritual that will free Malarka will have to wait, for the order needed to continue searching for the other 8 Fragments far and wide. So, the cult and order leader, Martina Hadžiahmetović, commended a wider search for those Fragments across the continent, and its followers did so by scattering to cover as much area as possible. But who was that leader anyway?
