"Try saying aaaa"
"ghrhghrhrhaa"
"aaaaaa"
"ghrhghrhrhaa"
"Repeat it a few times," said Harumi. "Aina! monitor his condition. When he can move his head, make him drink half a glass of water, until then, keep the same dosage of IV"
"Shin after you feel a bit better, keep repeating, try to sound out a clear aaaa sound".
The boy responded by moving his tongue and another ggrgrgrggraa sound, came out.
A nurse came into the room. "Doctor! Koji Yamanaka has arrived in the lobby and is awaiting your instruction"
"Good. bring him here now"
A few moments later. A man with long brown hair and stylish clothing entered the room. He had a serious look on his face.
He faced Harumi and said, "Is this the boy, Department Head?"
"Yes. I can't specify what was it that kept him in a coma-like condition and he is still reeling from the aftereffects. It`s like he is regaining strength bit by bit in his body and each part of the body is coming into motion starting from the head".
"It's a bit like Genjutsu. But who would cast such a unique type of Genjutsu that is paralyzing him for this long? Who would even have the motive for casting a Genjutsu on an orphan boy."
"Aina give him anasthesia and put him under" Harumi ordered.
"Yes, Lady Harumi". Aina injected a serum into the boy`s hand.
From his eyes, the boy showed fear at the injection but his eyes calmed down after a while, and fell into deep sleep.
"Okay, Koji search his memories a bit. I need to get an idea about his condition. Just check mildly".
"Hmm, Let's get started", said koji.
In the deep consciousness of Shin`s mind, Koji`s conjured avatar emerged and observed the surroundings. There was a deep trench below and a way leading up to it. It was surrounded by plateaus everywhere. However, a clear bright sky was above. the sun was shining so bright that Koji`s eyes hurt a little.
"So bright. but why isn't it reaching the trench? It's like the trench filled with black goo or some black energy".
Wait a minute! Why have I emerged in a location like this? Shouldn't the avatar of the Jutsu caster emerge in a world only filled with just a brain and darkness in the surroundings"
"Hmm. The boy possesses some unusual talent or it is just a rich imagination. I can't tell". Koji sighed with admiration.
In the Hospital room,
Koji ended the Mind Transfer Transmission Jutsu.
He turned and said, "There is some complication inside the boy`s mind. Either it is a manifestation of some unusual talent or kekkei genkai. I am not sure. Any further tinkering in the mind of a boy at an age of 3 would be extremely dangerous for him."
"Hmm! Okay. That at least removes the Genjutsu option. Although, there was a low probability of a Genjutsu lasting this long. I'm still satisfied that we ran this test". Said Harumi with a mix of relief and curiosity.
"Anyway, just keep the boy on IV for now and feed him Katsur Juices directly next time. He should recover quite soon".
Aina and the nurse bowed. After saying her piece, Harumi left.
Koji turned to Aina and playfully requested, "Aina, my sweet, please let me know when he finally wakes up. I've got something to discuss with him."
Aina shot him a cold glare and retorted, "Sure thing, and don't call me sweet."
A mischievous grin spread across Koji's face as he turned away, barely containing his amusement. "Oh, Aina, don't deny it any longer. we are made for each other, soul bound in eternity_ _ _ah!"
bhhmp.
"Cut it you creep" Aina picked up the hospital tray and smashed Koji`s head in.
Koji rubbing his head and laughing, ran away from the room.

The Next Day,
Shin opened his eyes again. This time he could sense feeling up to the shoulder.
My head is feeling heavy again. What was that feeling? it was like someone was going right through me and then stayed inside for a while but went outside again.
Ahh. another headache. When will this end? So, I did come to another world. Hmm, Naruto world. Now what is my strategy here? I`ll think about it later. let's just focus on getting out of this hospital first.
Again another headache. a boy in the orphan house.
"Eat that breakfast, boy, or you won't get another one from me again," Emi sternly commanded, her imposing figure towering over Shin.
"Yes, yes, Emi hag," Shin replied mischievously, unable to resist adding a touch of naughtiness to his response.
"What did you say, boy?" Emi shot back, her voice dripping with menace.
"Oh, nothing, nothing," Shin quickly backtracked, realizing he had crossed a line.
"No spunk in ya, boy. If you had any backbone, you would follow through with it," Emi taunted, her words laced with sarcasm.
Shin couldn't help but roll his eyes internally. "Oh, great. So, the person whose body I've transmigrated into is an orphan with a caretaker who's a real piece of work. Lucky me. Name's Shin Hoshino. How delightful."
Closing his eyes, Shin took a moment to assess his situation. "Umm... Unn... So no chakra yet? I just went through this crazy body swap, and I can't even sense chakra? Talk about disappointment. Guess the original body wasn't exactly gifted."
Attempting to move his arms, Shin was met with limited success. "Aha! I can barely move my arms. They're stuck in a permanent state of noodle-like weakness. Muscle atrophy, huh? Well, that's just great."
With a sigh that was equal parts frustration and amusement, Shin couldn't help but find the comedic side of his predicament.
"Here I am, stuck in an orphanage with a not-so-friendly caretaker, a body that's seen better days, and not a hint of chakra to boot. It's like the universe decided to play a grand joke on me. Well, the joke's on you, universe! I'll find a way to make the best of this ridiculous situation".
With a self-deprecating chuckle, Shin refocused his attention. "Alright, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Step one: escape this hospital. Step two: figure out how to navigate this ninja-packed world without embarrassing myself too much. Baby steps, bro, baby steps.
The nurse arrived for the checkup again.
"Hello miss. what happened to me?"
"Kid, you were hurt badly in your head, and your caretaker brought you to the hospital. Now move your head back and rest".
"Okay miss but when will I get better and return home?"
"You need at least two days of rest and then after the final check-up by your doctor, you can go home. Is that okay?"
"Yes, I guess" Shin replied in a weak voice.
Suddenly, Shin could feel a little better in his arms. but again. the pain moved towards his chest and his gut.
"Umm, I am feeling pain here" Shin pointed to his chest.
"I`ll get the doctor" the nurse replied and hurriedly went out of the room
While the nurse was gone. Shin felt waves of pain coming over to him in his chest and his stomach again and again.
Shin clutched his head in utter despair, his frustration reaching an all-time high. "Why the fuck does this keep happening to me? Is this some sort of divine punishment for my snack eating all day and my lack of motivation in my previous life? Please, God, have mercy and end this excruciating pain!"
In a moment of desperation, Shin looked up at the ceiling with pleading eyes. "I promise, I'll change my ways! No more cheesy puffs and Netflix marathon binges! I'll try harder again! Just make this headache disappear, and I'll even start drinking milk for breakfast!"
Harumi the department head entered the room.
"Eat this, it should make the pain go away".
Even after taking the medicine, the pain didn't end.
"I'm still feeling stomach ache and my chest also hurts"
It's like his body is fine but he is just feeling pain in his mind. Harumi thought of an idea.
"Nurse, give him muscle relaxers and induce sleep", ordered Harumi sternly.
"Yes. lady".
After taking the muscle relaxants, Shin again fell asleep. Once in a while, you could see pain and constrictions on his face but he fell in peace afterward.
"Ah, I give up. What do I do?"
"Just keep him under medication for one day and report back to me if anything changes", Harumi instructed the staff.
After another day, the pain ended in the stomach but then began in the legs. Although he was sleeping. The nurse observed that he was shaking his legs constantly.
Both of his legs were wrestling with each other and nerves could be seen visibly. After another shot of muscle relaxers in the legs. The pain finally went away.
Shin sighed in exhilaration when the nurse told him that the doctor would visit him for a final check and that he would most likely be discharged afterward.
