Kenny has managed to fall asleep, right after eating and showering then taking the pill to make the scent blocker to wear off. Which means one thing. By the time he wakes up in a few hours, his rut would be fully here.
Rory had a worried crease across his forehead and I reached out and smoothed my thumb over it. He sighed softly as his eyes settled on my face. He was chewing on his bottom lip, a worried look in his eyes.
"I'm worried about Kenny, about his rut. Are you sure it's gonna be okay?" He asked and I hummed as I took his hand and kissed his fingers. He sighed again, clearly still worried.
"You have nothing to worry about, love. As an alpha, I promise that I fully understand him and would definitely back away should I notice that he's actually uncomfortable by my presence. But I seriously doubt if that would be the case; because he does want me, his alpha emotions are just all over the place," I explained which was actually the truth.
