Sofie's POV:
I can't believe it's happening so soon, Ive dreaded the coming of this day but here it is .
" Valerie, what the hell happened at the school?" I asked feeling scared for a lot
" You ask me, why don't you ask your smart self that didn't tell her daughter what she is" angered Valerie said
" She killed a vampire student. Your kind, she killed your kind. Her dog just seemed to be enraged, she could not control cuz she doesn't even know what she is." She continued
" I thought she wasn't ready, I just wanted to give her sometime before revealing the whole truth to her. It was just for her to have at least a normal trouble free life before putting such a bomb on her" I said still tryna figure out what has happened
" Well you know how their beast could be, the least you could have done is to tell her. What normal life do you think you're gonna give to her Sofie? She's a hybrid, a mixture of enemies." Val stated simply
She's right, ana is a mixture of enemies.
Her father a wolf and I a vampire, our worlds never agreed with each other. For some reason the vampires despised the wolves, and vice versa. But I and Ana's father committed a felony to both worlds, all were out to kill us and that's why we had to blend in with the humans. But the product of our love is one long heard of, a deadly creature;one to start a war, and she doesn't even know.
" Sofie you need to tell her now, she needs to know. Else, you know how it is after the first kill" val reminded me
Of course, who doesn't know. Once a young vamp taste blood they turn rouge if not guided, and a young wolf after it's first kill it.... just wants to continue .
I wonder how to explain everything before she turns wild.
" Tell her Sofie" she concluded
" I will sister . Good night."
With that val left the house
I think it's time for the truth.
Sofie's POV ended
" Ana... Honey how you doing?" Sofie asked Cautiously.. watching ana sit right at the edge of her bed
" Why didn't you tell me mom? I deserved to know at least. Do you know what I did? I killed someone, I didn't even know how. Mom why?" Ana said crying
" I just wanted a normal life for you, I didn't want you knowing anything now. A lot of things out there waiting for you, every vampire and every wolf would want you dead. They call you a curse, I didn't want anyone knowing so soon"
" Well mom, now that I created such a mess how do you not expect them to call me a curse ." " If I had known, if you had guided me a long time ago. I'm not even sure I would have killed anyone, but cuz you decided to ignore all this red flags I killed a vampire. Your kind mom" ana said both angry, surprised and hurt
" Honey I'm sorry, but I need you to calm down. Too much emotions right now could cause you to turn rouge even quicker than imagined" Sofie said carefully
" What the hell do you mean turn rouge? And how can you tell me to calm down? .. you've been lying to me for all my life mom, I'm 17 and I never even knew you had a sister." Ana said anger boiling inside her eyes red as the blood moon
" You heard everything" said a scared Sofie
" Of course I heard everything. My senses for some reason heightened, you had a sister and I never knew. I've been loving in the shadows for 17 years MOM!!!!" Ana yelled Morphing into a beast
" Ana please calm down, I'm begging you. This is not good" Sofie pleaded with her trying to make Sense of everything
" All my life is a lie mom, I'm not even sure dad is dead?"
Ana kept yelling
" he's not!" Sofie screamed
" What?" " What did you say?" This time ana had to be calm
" He's not dead ana, the wolves were even more deadly than us vampires. So he had to leave for a while to waver his scent from us."
Sofie cryed while explaining
" The truth mom, all of the truth" ana commanded
" There is a place, a village far off this world. Vampires and wolves reside there
But we never met, something happened tho that brought I and your father together. It was the hunting season for us vampires, your father Adam he was put with his friends in our hunting grounds. We would have left them but some brothers just wanted to have taste of the wolf blood, so they attacked them. Before the wolves could even apprehend what was happening two were dead, Adam injured. The vamp brothers would have killed him if not the howls they heard which made them flee the scene
I on the other hand, came out from my hiding cuz I had done the noise to save Adam. I just didn't like death all that much, so I helped him with the injury.
We hanged out from then on, starting as friends then things became serious. My sister Valerie found out about us but I begged her not to tell on us. And she didn't, Instead she left for the human realm
But she left with a warning ' I might not tell but once a child is born the whole clang will know and come for the child. So avoid that , cuz that would mean avoiding war'
But if only we knew, your growth was so quiet. Normally a vampire being pregnant means thirst for blood increases . But nothing happened. Then my mother came to me one day and said"you are pregnant Sofie, I never knew you had someone."
I got extremely scared, how am I pregnant. It didn't show
Without giving second thought she touched my belly and frowned, she felt the aura of a wolf. She was so disappointed, but told me to flee from the place cuz if they found out both me, you and your father would be killed .
I just couldn't watch that happen, so I went to your father and told him. He was happy a child but like me he didn't want her dead.
So he asked me to take you with me to the human realm and live low. I couldn't leave without him, but he said I should go when he comes there he'll tell me
So the reason we came here to Beverly hills is cuz your father told he's here now"
" Wait my father is here, why didn't you tell me?" Ana asked
" He didn't want that, but if you want to see him you could" Sofie said making ana lighten up a little
" Mom I can see dad?" Ana asked
" Yes, yes you can" Sofie
" But how?" Ana asked in shock but slight joy
" Come with me" Sofie led her to a door she hardly noticed cuz the house is still new to her
The walked in, and she saw him a wolf but she felt it. It was her dad
" Father?"
Adam raised his head to see his daughter staring at him
He turn back to his human form
" Father it's you, your alive "
" I am honey" Adam said
