[Obsidian and Malachite 2.0 are still locked in combat. The clash of their blows echoes through the battlefield.]
Malachite 2.0: *panting heavily* Shit, not even a scratch on them! What the fuck are they made of?! No matter how hard I punch them, they don't even flinch! This is insane!
Obsidian: *in a deep, rough voice* And yet you keep coming at me. Just give up.
Malachite 2.0: I can't give up! Not now, not ever! I've got too much riding on this!
Obsidian: Stubborn to the core, huh? We can see Jasper's in control. This ain't going nowhere good for either of us, can't you see that!? Surrender now, we don't wanna hurt you!
Malachite 2.0: *enraged* But I do! Screw you!
[With a primal scream, Malachite 2.0 charges at Obsidian. But just as she's about to reach them, the ground beneath her erupts. Water arms shoot up, grabbing her wrists and ankles. The water rapidly turns into shackles, while more water chains wrap around her torso and neck, pinning her in place.]
Malachite 2.0: It can't be!
[Malachite 2.0 groans in discomfort, struggling to break free, while Obsidian just watches in puzzlement.]
Malachite 2.0: *in pain* What's going on?!
Obsidian: No idea.
[Obsidian then looks behind and sees Lapis flying towards them.]
Lapis: I got you right where I want you, Malachite!
[Malachite 2.0 struggles to look up and see Lapis, her eyes widening in fear as she recognizes her.]
Malachite 2.0: You?!
Lapis: I'd like to say it's good to see you, but to be honest, I'd be lying.
Malachite 2.0: *struggling* Who do you think you are, you wretch!? Unchain me for fuck's sake!
Lapis: Pfft! Not on your life.
[Lapis says as she holds out her hand and clenches it into a fist, causing the water chains to begin to tighten, squeezing Malachite 2.0 tighter and tighter.]
Malachite 2.0: *cries out in pain* GAAAAAH!!!
Lapis: Don't think I'm afraid of you or anything, I'm just disgusted by the sight of you!
[Lapis raises her hand and swipes it sideways, which creates a razor-sharp storm of water blades that cut and damage Malachite 2.0's body, inflicting a great amount of damage.]
Malachite 2.0: *cries out in pain* AAAAAHHHH!!
Obsidian: Hey, Lapis!
Lapis: Hm? *turns to Obsidian* Is something wrong?
Obsidian: Hold the horses, will ya?! You're going too far!
[Lapis looks around, confused.]
Lapis: What horses?
Obsidian: ...
Lapis: ...
Obsidian: *awkwardly* No, I, um... Very poor choice of words, we really need to improve that.
Lapis: You guys aren't taking this seriously, are you? Instead of putting an end to this crap once and for all, you've just been playing with her.
Obsidian: What are you...?! Look, she's on her last legs-any reckless move could be fatal!
Lapis: What are you insinuating, that I might accidentally shatter her? Who do you think I am?!
Obsidian: Just saying.
Lapis: Ok, let's face the facts. If I end up shatering her, it won't be by accident, trust me. I have plenty of reasons to.
Obsidian: What did you just say?!
Lapis: I would never do such a thing, though. Whether she deserves it or not, it would be wrong to do so. You don't need to worry; I won't do anything to her.
Obsidian: Fine. Just be extremely careful.
Lapis: Yeah, yeah, whatever...
[Malachite 2.0 struggles relentlessly against Lapis' water chains, her movements increasingly desperate.]
Malachite 2.0: Grrr! Let me go!!
Lapis: On second thought..
[The ground trembles as Lapis uses her water power. Water flows into the area, swirling and coalescing into a massive water harpoon.]
Lapis: You'd do me a big favor if you'd get outta my sight!
[Malachite 2.0's voice quivers with fear.]
Malachite 2.0: What are you going to do?!
Lapis: I don't want to see your ugly face ever again! Don't even think about coming back!
[Desperation grips Malachite 2.0 as she struggles against the water chains, her voice cracking with panic.]
Malachite 2.0: Stop it!! Don't you dare!!!
Lapis: See you never... Malachite!
[Without any hesitation, Lapis hurls the water harpoon at Malachite 2.0.]
Malachite 2.0: *panicked* NOOO!!!
[The water harpoon pierces right through Malachite 2.0, she then begins to inflate and explodes.]
Lapis: ...
[Jasper and Mean Lapis, now defused, fall to the ground.]
Jasper: Fuck... That... hurt... pretty bad.
[Jasper winces in pain as she struggles to get up from the ground. Lapis is seen flying up to her and Mean Lapis.]
Mean Lapis: *frightened* Sh-she's coming!
Jasper: We could beat her! If we stay together!
Mean Lapis: What?! Are you nuts!? No way I'm fusing with you again!
[Mean Lapis states as she summons her water wings, panic etched on her face.]
Mean Lapis: I'm outta here!
Jasper: Wait! Hold on!
[Jasper calls out, but Mean Lapis has already taken flight. She soars into the air, only to be swiftly ensnared by Lapis's water chains.]
Mean Lapis: No! Ah!
[Mean Lapis groans in pain as the water chains shackle her limbs and neck, immobilizing her completely.]
Lapis: Come here, brat! Don't fly off so soon!
[Lapis says as she tugs on the water chain, pulling Mean Lapis towards her. She then forms a water fist from one of her water wings and delivers a powerful punch to Mean Lapis' stomach.]
Mean Lapis: *cries out in pain* GAAHH! Why... why are you doing this to me again?
[Lapis's expression turns icy.]
Lapis: Why do you think!? You made me dig up memories I tried so hard to forget about!
[Lapis's voice was cold, filled with a deep-seated anger.]
Lapis: That really, really pissed me off.
[Mean Lapis trembles, her body a quivering mass of fear and pain.]
Mean Lapis: I-I-I don't know what you're talking about! I just... *tears up* I just wanted my partner back!! I swear, I had no ulterior motives! *she sobs*
[Lapis's eyes narrow, her grip on the chain tightening further.]
Lapis: Don't feed me your lame excuses! Tell them to someone who doesn't know you, because I don't believe a damn word you say!
[Mean Lapis's tears stream down her cheeks, her voice breaking.]
Mean Lapis: B-But I'm telling you the truth!
[Lapis's eyes narrow, her expression one of utter disdain.]
Lapis: Yeah, right. Since when did you become such a sentimental Gem?! I'm not buying those crocodile tears! Spare me the act!
[Lapis shapes her water wing into a clenched fist, much to Mean Lapis' surprise. She then shuts her eyes in fear, thinking she's going to get a good pounding, but instead, Lapis just flicks her away.]
Mean Lapis: *in pain* She did that again.
[As Mean Lapis rubs her cheek, still crying, tears still streaming, she mutters to herself.]
Mean Lapis: She's right, though... Nobody would believe a single word to a Gem like me--
[Lapis tugs sharply on Mean Lapis's water chain, then begins to twist her around.]
Mean Lapis: *screaming* AAAAAH!!!
[Lapis then slams Mean Lapis down into the ground, creating a giant crater with the impact. Mean Lapis lies motionless, completely knocked out cold.]
Lapis: One down.
[Lapis says, her voice icy as she slowly turns to Jasper. The cold wind picks up, howling through the landscape.]
Lapis: One to go.
Jasper: Grrr!
[Jasper grits her teeth in response, her eyes narrowing in defiance. She struggles to push herself up, her body trembling from the effort.]
Jasper: Don't think you've won!
[Jasper leaps into the air, summoning her helmet for a strike on Lapis.]
Lapis: ...
[Lapis, with swift agility, evades Jasper's attack and catches her mid-air with a water chain.]
Jasper: NO WAY!
[Lapis wraps her water chains around Jasper's neck, torso and limbs, swiftly turning them into shackles. Jasper and Mean Lapis are now completely immobilized.]
Jasper: L-Let me go!!
[Jasper boldly demands as she struggles to break free.]
Lapis: Silence!
[Lapis shouts, she then begins to twirl the water chain around, smashing Jasper into nearby boulders. Shards of rock fly from the impact, and Jasper cries out in pain, unable to break free.]
Jasper: *in pain* Damn it all...
[Peridot then flies up to Lapis with Connie, the latter hovering over atop a metal plate manipulated by Peridot's abilities.]
Peridot: Lapis, is everything all right?
Lapis: *her gaze still fixed on Jasper* Never been better!
[Lapis clenches her hand into a fist, causing the water chains to begin to tighten, painfully constricting Jasper.]
Jasper: GAAAHH!!!
[Jasper cries out in pain until she loses consciousness.]
Peridot: Okay, Lapis, that's enough! No need to hurt her.
Lapis: What are you talking about, Peridot? I'm not hurting her; I'm just doing her a favor. She needed a nap, clearly.
Peridot: Hmph.
