"They were discussing about the gang or some beast who roams the streets at night and takes away the homeless or any person whom it finds on the streets after midnight and that's how a lot of people had disappeared not only from Hezborn but also from the neighbouring towns. But, since the ones who got kidnapped had no particular strong ties with anyone else and also because the other people were too scared they never reported about this to the authorities."
