"Selina," Anna whispered as they stood next to their mother, watching several groups of witches head towards the vampire castle, "Stop Mother."
"I can't," Selina frowned, staring at their mother's back. She stood next to the human priest who had been helping her. "It's inevitable."
"You knew?" Anna's eyes widened, pain piercing through her. All this while, it had been those closest to her, and she had... oh, Sarah! "How could you let her do this?" Tears streamed down her cheeks. How could she undo this? It was far too late. "You should have stopped her."
Selina looked away, her eyes set in a deep frown, "It would have been better if you didn't know." That had been the plan, but now her baby sister was aware that their mother was the true villain.
"How can she even think to end the vampire?" It would have been laughable, for it was impossible. However, with Sarah's blood, Anna feared the worst.
