None of them had been fortunate enough to walk around the castle, nor had they been given a chance to peek through the doors. All they ever did was attend the wedding and the ball.
Now that Elizabeth gets to see the inner part of the castle, she cannot help but stare in awe at the huge chandelier above, the enormous stairway, the fine tables and chairs, and the pillars. There is something about this castle; it is old, yet one cannot deny the wealth that comes from it.
"Will Madine get to live in a place so big?" she whispers, her eyes wandering about.
"Why her? She is but an ordinary girl, one who has no business in society, and yet she has married the king, one with the highest title in the country." Elizabeth hisses, holding her gown as she begins moving towards a corridor.
"Looking for something?" a deep voice speaks behind her, causing her to halt suddenly.
