"I thought you needed my power," Seraiya said looking up at Alvera. Alvera smiled and looked down at Seraiya who sat in a comfortable chair having her blood drawn. "Your magic… nay your power, not only runs through your soul but through your blood as well," Alvera told her. "You may not be a full tribrid yet but your blood still holds the ability to turn any who drink it into vampires, ones that you or even I could control," Alvera told her. "Then please take as much as you need," Seraiya said weakly.
"You can stop for today," Alvera said. "We don't want to drain you dry after all" Alvera said as Serena pulled the needle out of seraiyas arm. "I need you to do me a favor, Seraiya" Alvera said as Serena wrapped up seraiyas arm.
"Anything" Seraiya replied. "I need you to take care of someone for me," Alvera told her. Seraiya stood up Serena quickly grabbed her arm. "Don't rush you may faint" Serena said almost as if caring about her. "I don't need your concern" Seraiya replied.
"Just tell me where and I'll go," Seraiya told her.
A man with blonde hair and green eyes sat alone in a cell when suddenly Seraiya appeared on the other side of the bars. She was silent as she just stared at the mysterious man.
"You're the one The hive sent to kill me aren't you" said the man as the cell door magically opened. Seraiya was still silent as she stepped inside. "SAY SOMETHING!" The man yelled almost sounding desperate for himself to be acknowledged.
"You have a choice," Seraiya said simply "Come with me or die," Seraiya said coldly. "I'll die whether I go with you or not," he said. "I've already told them her secrets, her weakness," said the man. "The Hive knows" Seraiya replied. "The Hive is willing to forgive your past…" seraiya hesitated for a moment. "Transgressions" she finally said, "if you give yourself back to the hive," Seraiya told her.
"What's your name kid?" He asked her. "Seraiya Mason," she told him. The man nodded "She has what she wants" he told her. "I'd rather die than help her any more than I already have," he said. "How unfortunate," Seraiya said. "De minuo," she said and blood began to pour out of his eyes ears mouth, and nose.
The man began to cough. "Last chance, I can stop this before you begin to choke on your own blood. All you need to do is accept the hive again" she told him. "Nev…er" he struggled to say as he began choking on his own blood. Seraiyas face was cold as it showed no emotion.
"What a shame," Seraiya said turning and walking away. She then put her hand in the air as the sound of the man choking filled her ears.
SNAP
With a twist of her wrist, his neck was snapped. "I hate the sound of someone dying," she said as she walked away.
"You're telling me she was here," Amani said as she stood alongside Damien, Zach, Piper and Anya. "She was," said a man standing behind his desk. "Please alpha tell us what happened" Piper pleaded.
The alpha let out a deep breath. "She killed a traitor, someone who was once aligned with the hive, our only ticket of information for possibly defeating the hive," he told them.
"They don't have a choice in this," Anya said. "Funny that's what he said to" the alpha replied as if it were a joke. "You didn't believe him?" Amani asked. "Of course I didn't, no one has strong enough power to mind control someone," he told her.
"And what exactly did he tell you?" Damien asked. "Wouldn't you like to know?" the man said with a glare. "We would," Damien said as his eyes gave off a red glow. "I'm not afraid of a monster like you," he said before suddenly Piper used her power to push the alpha against the wall. "Then be afraid of me," Piper said her Tongue laced with anger.
"What did he tell you" Piper demanded to know. The alpha looked back and forth between Anya, Damien, and Amani who now stood behind Piper, before he set his eyes back on Piper.
"He claimed the hive was no god," the alpha told her. "He said it was once just a witch and wolf hybrid, a piece of the goddess's heart that became corrupted" he continued "What else?" Zach asked. "It's over 1000 years old maybe even older than that I don't know, he also said that the hive's only weakness is the thing the hive wants the most" he added.
"And what's that?" Asked Amani. "I don't know," he told them. "I left the cell to give him a break when I came back I saw the girl leaving, when I went in to see his blood was coming out of every hole in his body and his neck had been snapped to the point it would make most wolves sick if they saw it," he told them.
"She tortured him?" Zach asked. "I couldn't say," the man said. Piper took a step back and turned around releasing the man from her power. "This doesn't make any sense," Piper said before walking away. Damien, Zach, Amani, and Anya followed behind her. "You this isn't her," Damien said. "She would never be willing to kill someone, not unless it was life or death, especially in such a cruel way" Zach quickly cut in. "We'll find a way to bring her back to us," Anya said. "Will we?" Amani asked.
Everyone turned to Amani. "I love Seraiya more than anything, I would give my life for hers but this isn't Seraiya right now," Amani told them. "Right now she is just another bee in a hive that we don't even know the weakness to" she added. "That's not completely true," Zach told her. "My mother is a witch wolf hybrid, she is a pure piece of the moon goddess's heart maybe they both have the same weakness," he said.
"What if we use not only that potential weakness but my mother the hybrid and Damien the only other tribrid to get Seraiya back" he asked simply.
