Chapter 8 - Meeting Big Deal II

Jacob, always the first to act, surged forward with an unyielding grin. He had the build of a wild animal, and as he moved, he reminded Toji some one who he fought once in his previous life. In a flash, he grabbed the nearest thug, a bulky guy with an overly styled hairdo, and swung him around like a makeshift club, smashing him into two of his comrades. The sound of flesh meeting flesh was satisfying, and Jacob's laughter echoed through the room, a wild, untamed sound of a madman.

"Come on, let's have some fun!" he roared, relishing the brawl as he tossed the dazed goon aside, watching as he collided with the wall.

Kevin, not one to be outdone, followed closely behind, drawing on his own unique fighting style, He moved fluidly, dodging punches like water slipping through fingers, and countered with swift, calculated strikes. He danced between the goons,l ike he was playing, delivering precise blows to pressure points that sent them staggering backward.

"This stupid Muther fockers!" Kevin shouted, his eyes alight with determination. He ducked under a wild swing and retaliated with a sharp elbow to a goon's gut, dropping him to his knees. The adrenaline surged through him, heightening his senses as he darted past another thug, delivering a knee to his face that sent him sprawling to the ground.

Toji stood beside the car with his no 3, Jun young Kim, watching the mayhem unfold before him. His expression remained unimpressed, even bored, as Jacob and Kevin showcased their fighting prowess.

When will this get over so I can go home? he thought, glancing at his watch. He had promised to pick up his sister after school, and this little skirmish was cutting into his time.

As Kevin dispatched another goon with a sweeping kick, Toji noted how effortlessly his companions handled the situation. Jacob was using his strength like a battering ram, swinging one thug after another to clear a path, while Kevin relied on his agility and speed, almost dancing through the chaos.

"Mehh," Toji mused, his voice laced with a sense of detached amusement. He couldn't shake the feeling that this was all just a children's game for him. The posturing and threats felt so trivial compared to the battles he'd fought in the past.

"Get him!" one of the goons shouted, rallying the remaining men around them. But Jacob and Kevin were too quick, and they moved like a well-oiled machine, coordinating their attacks without a word.

Kevin executed a spinning kick that connected with another thug's jaw, sending him crashing into Jacob, who promptly turned and threw him against the wall, adding to his collection of human clubs. The sounds of the fight filled the road—grunts, shouts, and the occasional crack of bone echoed as they incapacitated their opponents one by one.

"Is that all you've got?" Jacob taunted, his voice booming with confidence as he grabbed another goon and hurled him into the pile of fallen bodies. The sheer force of his strength was impressive; he was a whirlwind of power, and the way he utilized his enemies as weapons was both brutal and creative in Toji's eyes.

Meanwhile, Kevin continued to bob and weave, throwing quick jabs and devastating kicks. "Come on, boys! I thought you wanted to fight!" he taunted, egging them on. His voice dripped with confidence as he took on three goons at once, dodging their attacks with ease and countering with swift, efficient strikes that left them reeling.

Toji's eyes narrowed slightly as he took in the scene, his gaze shifting between the brawling duo and the groaning thugs littering the floor. They're making this look easy, he thought, but his expression remained unchanged.

With another swing of Jacob's arm, another thug went flying, colliding with a group of his allies, sending them all tumbling down. Jacob laughed, the thrill of battle igniting his spirit. "This is too easy!" he yelled, enjoying the rush of adrenaline.

Kevin s, his excitement palpable as he delivered a series of rapid-fire punches to an unsuspecting goon, sending him sprawling onto the floor.

As the fight continued, Toji leaned back against the car frame, arms crossed, watching his meat shields dominate the opposition. He couldn't help but appreciate their tenacity, but the impatience gnawed at him. How long is this going to take? He scanned the room.

"Come on, guys, wrap it up," Toji muttered under his breath, tapping his foot lightly against the floor as he watched the chaos unfold. The urge to leave and tend to his own life was growing stronger. He needed to get back home to finish the series he had been binge-watching, and after that, he needed a solid eight hours of sleep.

The sounds of fists connecting with flesh echoed around him, but his mind was already drifting. Sigh, this is tiring, he thought.

After some minutes, Jacob returned, a triumphant grin plastered across his face, holding both the lineman and Old Face by their hair. Their expressions twisted in pain, and Toji could see the sheer humiliation reflected in their eyes.

Kevin, on the other hand, was losing control, his fists flying with reckless abandon as he pummeled anyone who dared to raise their head. Bloodlust coursed through him, and Toji couldn't help but think this guy might have something wrong with his head.

With a swift motion, Toji pushed through the wreckage, stepping out of the car frame to confront the duo. He strode over to Jacob, who raised Old Face to meet Toji's gaze, the man's feet dangling helplessly off the ground. Toji towered at 195 cm, and the difference in their heights made Old Face look even more vulnerable.

"Ready to talk now, are we?" Toji taunted, a smirk playing on his lips. The glint in his eyes spoke volumes as he leaned in closer, his voice low and menacing. "Now, where is big boy—big girl—whoever it is? Where is Big Deal's leader?"

Old Face chuckled, blood oozing from the corner of his mouth. "You just don't know who you messed with, punk. I'm Old Face, No. 2 of Big De—"

Smack!

Toji slapped him like he would a pesky bug, silencing him instantly. "I don't have time for your introduction, oldie. I'm busy, that's why I came here myself."

But as he spoke, Toji's ears picked up the sound of multiple cars and carriers approaching fast. He counted them in his head—there seemed to be more than 500 men. Toji smirked, slicking back his hair with a casual motion.

Is your leader that scared to talk with me?

He gave Old Face another slap, knocking him out cold, then turned his attention to the incoming vehicles.

Soon, they were surrounded by a convoy of cars, forming a circular arena. The engines roared to life, the headlights illuminating the area with a menacing glow. Shadows shifted, revealing silhouettes of men pouring out of the vehicles. Each one looked ready for a fight, their intentions clear.

"Look who decided to show up," Toji remarked, crossing his arms. He didn't appear fazed at all by the incoming threat. Instead, he looked almost amused, as if the situation had turned into his favorite game.

Jacob and Kevin, panting from their earlier exertions, took positions beside Toji, adrenaline still coursing through their veins.
