Afraid that his friend had really crossed the line this time, Nate watched with eyes that exuded a mixture of worry and concern from inside the car although his mind was tempting him into pulling out the double action revolver that he kept in the car door pocket, cold blood run through his veins yet perspiration was beginning to grow at the back of his neck.
