After the meeting ended Damian flew Venus home, but while on his way he forgot his daily quests, notifications where ringing in his head, for the past years he had been getting stronger by partaking in missions the system sent him on.
He opened his system interface and selected the quests option.

Damian flew to another scenic area of the forest outskirts but lonely as villagers rarely frequented that area, he dropped Venus near a large millennium oak tree and began carrying out his daily quests.
" Your so weak, only nine hundred and your also panting like some that fell off from the empire state building, When I was your age I could do a thousand and five hundred, single handedly " Venus commented.
He stood and looked at Venus but couldn't find her anywhere, then he looked at the tree branches and found her sitting legs crossed looking intensely at him with an apple in her hand.
Damian was about to ask her how she got their quickly but paused as he remembered her ability was the manipulation of the Void and Spacetime, so she could be anywhere at anytime.
This made him remember how he created Vengeance, it was exactly at this area six years ago, he was chatting with Venus about what they would do when they left this isolated village when Damian heard a rattling sound from a distance, he decided to investigate and got into the main forest.
He saw a large snake three times his height eating some kind of blue lizard, he summoned his dual blades and dashed towards the snake, it took four strides and Damian was already slashing at the snake but before the creature could understand what was happening he had landed a fatal strike.
HISS!!!
A large beam of green liquid flashed towards Damian who was now the main opposition, he dashed out the way, immediately, fortunately it hit a tree and disintegrated a part of the bark causing it to fall but unfortunately for Damian he was in the trajectory of the falling tree and got hit.
The snake rushed towards Damian and attempted to gobble him up when a dark blue projectile struck it's neck and a sword went up it's head, Damian kicked the trunk of the tree away from his leg as the snake fell.
Using blood manipulation he regenerated
his leg, " You are so weak, You be dead right now if it wasn't for me " Venus taunted, " Get out of my face human " Damian said waving her off, " Hey " A voice shouted as an arrow flew through the air and found it's way to Damian's shoulder.
" How dare you kill my… " a boy said as he jumped out of a nearby bush but ultimately got silenced as his head exploded, " No one hurts my Damian " Venus said her voice devoid of emotions as the boy's body fell limply.
Damian drew out the arrow and walked up to the boy and kicked him repeatedly before dragging him to the corpse of the snake, " What are you fooling around for, burn the bodies " Venus voiced, but Damian payed her no heed and dragged the corpse of the lizard to the snake and the boy.
He used the blade of the arrow and drew blood from his hand after taking the beasts bloodlines before placing it on the dead creatures and muttering, ' MERGE CREATION ', a thick mist covered the bodies as it levitated above Damian, Venus just sat on a log looking in awe.
Few minutes passed and a boy fell from the mist with deep green hair and emerald green eyes, he bowed before Damian, placing his hand on the boy's head he named him Vengeance.
Over the years his subordinates showered him with surprises, they exhibited few human behaviors, they had few emotions, although they didn't need food to grow they still enjoyed eating and slept to regenerate faster and recover mental health although they could do without it.
They grew with Damian, so if he was to stop aging they would stop, he got up from his sit ups and decided to head home, he sat next to Venus and they stared down at the village.
" You know you are technically the only friend I have ", " Huh ".
" Well I have always been lonely ever since my mother died, I tried making friends with other people but always failed due lack of understanding " Venus said, " I thought you had loads of them " Damian replied resting his head on the tree's body.
" That's because you never come to visit " she said punching his arm, " You know I have been busy " he replied fondling her hair, " I know my mom was killed by a coven of witches and I know who did it but I don't know how and when I would kill him. "
" But I knew it was the Zayden coven because I saw their logo on my mother's corpse, I really need to know why I was robbed of something I cared about they all shall pay, so Damian I know this mission will be tough but we must conquer " She said jumping down the tree with Damian following right after.
Holding her hand he replied " Don't worry we shall conquer together as the strongest ", she smiled down at him, " You know another thing, I don't think you are human " she said and vanished into thin air.
Damian's face froze as he subconsciously walked backwards hitting his back against the tree and sliding to the ground, ' How ' He asked himself, what if Venus was to betray him and tell the village council that he was supernatural or plainly a demon.
They would probably burn him to death, no something had to be done he could just die again without revenge, a backup plan had to be made and it will simply to dispose Venus in the worst case scenario.
But he felt something more than friendship, it was so surreal as it was now he just realized it, never…, Never again, that could never repeat itself, after this mission they shall talk and that would decide whether she lives or dies, well he was a demon after all.

[ New Mission Alert ]
He stood up ignoring his notifications and went home, he was to disorganized and sorrowful to what just happened, his head had to be saved as if he were to fight Venus now he would lose horribly.
Forgetting to eat he went to bed, after tucking in he slept off instantly, seconds passed then minutes came then hours, at twelve o'clock sharp Damian's window flung open causing him to turn around in cold, some people quickly got in with a large sack.
They quickly grabbed Damian who woke up and gave a swift punch which caused the person's head to cave in, he used that distraction to jump out the open window and fly away.
He looked back at his foolish assailants which got on witch brooms and wizard broom bikes and chased after him but he wasn't running he just didn't want to destroy his house, he flew into the village in confusing patterns.
They were twelve in number and according to their vehicles of flight he guessed about eight women and four men, he flew lowly and grabbed a staggering drunk and threw him to woman the nearest to him.
Luckily it hit and he flew meters forward and got hold of a stall table and threw it at another one reducing them to ten, he shot a myriad of flame balls which in turn hit three and set multiple houses on fire.
To reduce damage he dodged their attacks and lead them to an open field passed it and went straight for a tree, he turned his body so that his feet faced the tree and landed on it, he shot himself to a witch and caught her before tossing her to the ground but in turn fell to.
Immediately his attackers captured him in a net and shot him a tranquilizing bullet before dragging him off.
