Chapter 2 - Traveling the world

Bruce Wayne was the child I saw when I opened my eyes, or not, but I came to this conclusion after seeing what happened in the alley. A rich boy went to the movies with his parents. After the film, they walked into an alley, where a random thug murdered the boy's parents. This is how Batman's story began. It's Batman's origin story.

I gazed at Bruce as I stood in front of him. He was sitting in a dark room of his mansion, looking more lifeless than alive, clutching a razor blade.

His vacant eyes stared straight ahead as he brought the blade closer to his wrist. Just before he could harm himself, a woman appeared next to me, placing her hand over his to stop him. She then turned to me and smiled gently.

[A/N: Btw I didn't make up the suicide story, I just added the death of Endless. I looked up on Wiki to get a better understanding of Batman's childhood, and it was written that he did attempt to commit suicide after his parents' deaths.]

'The most beautiful and perfect woman in existence' was the only thing that came to mind when I looked at her. She had very pale skin, dark eyes like a starry sky, lips that resembled a black rose, jet black hair that looked like the most beautiful night sky, and she had an Eye of Horus tattoo under her right eye and wore a silver ankh necklace.

'Death of the Endless, my one true goth waifu... She is perfect,' I thought, captivated by her presence, standing there like Lego Batman while 'I just died in your arms' played in my mind.

I wasn't sure if what I was seeing since opening my eyes was real or just some fucked up dream. But if it's a dream, it is the best dream ever since my waifu is in it.

"Are you okay?" she asked with her sweet, calming voice.

'She is really warm,' I thought as I hugged her out of nowhere.

She hugged me back.

"I love you." I just blurted it out.

"I love you too," she replied gently with a soft smile. But then she started to fade away.

"No, no, stay with me!"

"DON'T LEAVE ME!!" I shouted, holding her tighter.

"Stop messing around and finish the memories. I'll be waiting," she kissed me on the lips and then vanished completely.

'This dream sucks ass, I just had to wake up when I finally got to dream about my waifu. And I couldn't even properly simp for her.' I thought as I watched the now teenage Bruce Wayne beating the shit out of a bunch of school kids.

Bruce tried to deal with his parents' deaths by getting into fights whenever he could. Eventually, he stopped after Alfred lectured him. But while Bruce stopped getting into petty fights after Alfred's lecture, he began to bully other kids in a creative way, like locking one kid in the boiler room and giving him poison ivy until the boy eventually changed schools.

Even after all this, he couldn't move past his parents' loss. He attempted to erase his memories with electroshock therapy but changed his mind at the last moment.

After finishing school, Bruce left Gotham to explore the world and discover himself. I watched as brief memories flashed before me. At first, I thought I was dreaming, but now I realize they were real memories, as Death of the Endless had mentioned them before she vanished, and I didn't wake up. Yet, I still couldn't understand why I was seeing a comic character's memories.

His journey began in Paris, where he met a French cat burglar. Together, they stole from a CEO who turned out to be a serial killer, and they even shared a kiss, but it didn't lead to anything since the cat burglar rejected Bruce.

"It is what it is," I said to Bruce, though he couldn't hear me. It seemed like Bruce was friendzoned for the first time, judging by his expression. Since I couldn't hear their conversation and they couldn't hear me, before Bruce could change her mind with his charms, they were interrupted by Henri Ducard, a manhunter sent by Alfred to find him. They joined forces to take down the evil CEO.

While traveling, Bruce also focused on self-improvement, studying chemistry, languages, math, art, science, and criminal psychology.

He learned tracking and criminal thinking from Henri. However, when Bruce found out that Henri had killed someone, he left for Tibet, where he trained in martial arts and sword fighting with Shaolin monks.

In Las Vegas, Bruce trained with Giovanni Zatara, the father of his childhood friend Zatanna. He learned magic, sleight of hand, escape artistry, and dark arts. When Zatara learned that her childhood friend was training under her father, they began to rekindle their friendship by spending more time with each other. Thus, they began to become attracted to each other. But when Zatara attempted to impress Bruce with real magic, Giovanni disagreed and wiped Bruce's memory of the event.

Bruce learned patience, peace, and mental clarity from Kirigi, along with his fellow student Anton. They also worked on perfecting their strength, speed, and reflexes. However, Bruce chose not to complete his training because he refused to learn a deadly technique from Kirigi. On his way down the mountain, he was ambushed by assassins and found himself in a tough spot. Fortunately, he managed to handle the situation with Anton, and they decided to train together.

Bruce then, together with Anton, learned how to race cars in life-or-death situations from Brazilian criminal Don Miguel, whom Bruce got arrested after his final lesson.

'How the fuck did Dom get arrested in Brazil? It looks like you only learned how to drive from Dom, not his lifestyle, the importance of family. Shame on you, Bruce.' I thought while watching Don get arrested.

Bruce, together with Anton, was arrested in Moscow while trying to locate Avery Oblonsky, a former KGB freelance operative. They ended up in prison, from which they were able to escape. However, during their escape, they discovered that the warden who had been keeping them captive was actually a disguised Oblonsky. Oblonsky then trained them in the art of disguise and manipulation.

Bruce, together with Anton, traveled to northern British Columbia to find the world's greatest marksman, Luka Jungo. They trained with Luka. But while training, Luka discovered that Anton was a killer. When Luka comforted Anton about this, they got into a fight, which ended with Luka's death, causing Bruce and Anton to part ways.

Additionally, Bruce was also trained in stealth by an unnamed master in the Hida Mountains, Japan.

Bruce learned martial arts from David Cain, or more specifically, how to kill, so that he could avoid killing.

Sergei Alexandrov taught Bruce about engineering, gadgets, and gear manufacturing. To challenge him, Sergei trapped Bruce under the Great Sphinx of Giza with limited oxygen, relying solely on the inventions Bruce created during his six months of training.

"Use the motor from the quake boots to boost the sonic radar system to 10,000 decibels. Then, integrate them into gloves to create sonic gauntlets," I instructed Bruce, even though I knew he couldn't hear me.

I paused after speaking because, in my previous life, I had no knowledge of engineering; I was only a killer. As I tried to remember anything from my past, I realized I understood every skill Bruce had learned: martial arts, marksmanship, biology, and engineering.

But how did I know these things? The memories felt more like brief videos than actual recollections. One moment, I saw Bruce traveling, then meeting a trainer, and finally completing his training. Months or years of memories flashed before me in just a few minutes.

never witnessed his training firsthand. Now, as I observed the inventions Bruce created in six months, I recognized them and understood how to make them, yet I had never learned or seen the process. I only recalled Bruce finding Sergei and then a scene of him in a workshop filled with tools. Even now, while I pondered all this, Bruce had finished his training with Sergei and was on his way to somewhere else.

'I need to figure out wtf is going on.' I thought as I continued to watch.

Bruce also learned the secret arts of Taoism from H'sein-Tan along the way, but he left after he couldn't figure it out properly.

Bruce traveled to the Himalayas to train with Shihan Matsuda, where he learned how to fight with katana, martial arts, and meditation from him. While there, he fell in love with a girl named Mio.

'horny'I thought about Bruce since this MF keeps falling in love with every woman he meets.

Matsuda was against Bruce creating personal ties with others, while his wife encouraged Bruce to embrace his feelings. But Bruce later discovered that Mio was an assassin hired by Matsuda's wife to seduce him and then kill Matsuda.

Bruce then traveled to Norway to train with the Queen, the leader of 'The Pit,' where he had to fight a new opponent every 28 hours. He left after he defeated everyone so thoroughly that they started to fear him.

Bruce then trained with Chu Chin Li, where he learned several forms of Kung-Fu, acupuncture, and how to tolerate pain.

Bruce also trained with Yakuza Assassin Tsunmento, where he learned self-healing, predicting his opponents' moves, and managing his body with specific sleep patterns.

Bruce honed his martial arts skills by training with the world's top martial artist, Richard Dragon.

Bruce trained in boxing with Ted Grant, who was known as Wildcat.

Bruce then returned to train with Zatara once more before returning to Gotham, and while training, he encountered a demon with Zatanna. However, after just showing the demon they encountered, memories ended absurdly.

Finally, after seven years, at the age of 25, Bruce returned to Gotham.

'Hah, what a funny coincidence that Bruce Wayne became Batman at the age of 25, the same age I died,' I thought as I watched Bruce.

A/N:So basically, MC only gets all of Batman's skills but not his feelings or memories other than what he saw.

While I was researching who trained Bruce Wayne before he became Batman, I learned that in the comics, Ra's al Ghul never trained Batman. It only happened in the Nolan trilogy. But in DC Wiki, it does say that Ra's al Ghul trained Bruce Wayne, which apparently was added after Nolan's trilogy.
