Kellen's face was still burning as they made their way towards where Kellen expected Brent and his students to be. He'd almost forgotten about Esper Blake until he found her hovering about outside a door. She seemed…nervous to enter, and Kellen had no idea why until he got closer.
"...Kellen and I were on a grand adventure. Several Espers, we were the ones in charge of them, and not a single one would step out of line. Kellen might not look it, but he's a big softie. So when he noticed that one of the Espers was being treated differently than the others, he instantly felt bad. Little did he know, the reason everyone avoided her was because she was crazy. So I-" Kellen tuned out Brent, sighing and running his hand over his face.
"This is not teaching, Brent." Kellen murmured quietly and Rhys chuckled beside him.
