There wasn't a t.v. in sight outside of the patient rooms, so Kellen offered up his phone as the sacrifice for everyone to look at as he pulled up what everyone was telling him to.
He didn't have to search far. It was in the middle of trending on every website. Kellen understood why. It was streaming on official channels, and that only made Kellen frown more.
Someone had gone through the trouble to take over the news while it was playing live. It was obviously hostile, and Kellen's gut churned as he stared down at the phone in his hand.
The image wasn't clear, and Kellen knew that was intentional. Anyone who had taken over and fought through the back-end security of a news outlet clearly had enough skill or money to get a good camera. This was clearly to make a point.
