Kellen was nervous. He knew that he'd offered, but that didn't make it easier on him. Yes, he'd done this before, but for some reason it felt like a bigger deal now. As he glanced up at Rhys from where he was between his legs on his knees, Kellen's heart was racing in his chest.
Rhys was staring down at him, his eyes golden bright and his expression hard to read. The door behind Kellen was still open, letting in the light from the room down below. Even with the bedside lamp on, the Captain's features were shadowed, giving him an unreadable expression from Kellen's point of view. Kellen licked his lips, nervous.
"You don't have to if you don't want to." Rhys offered, and Kellen shook his head. No. He had to do this. He needed to. He had to redeem himself from his earlier display, and prove to the Captain that he could take control too.
