Kellen took a moment, trying to think of a solution, before opening his mouth.
"Why don't we reach out to the Guiding Centers? We can form a contract with a couple of them to come to the Guild and help lessen the burdens of Casper and Brent. It'll calm everyone down, and also help act as a scouting opportunity. We can always offer contract takeovers if we end up liking the Guides we receive." Kellen shifted in his lap as he stared at the Captain's slightly stunned expression. He pressed his finger against his nose, giving it a poke with a grin. "Honestly, I'm surprised you didn't think of it already."
Rhys stared at Kellen in deep surprise, before a warm, tender grin crossed his features.
