She chuckled. "Yeah, yeah, but to be fair, he didn't actually want to kill me. Father ordered him to do so." She twirled a strand of her hair, biting her bottom lips. "And even if I had lost that fight, he just wanted to bring me to dad alive, not dead, so yeah, he wasn't going to kill me."
"Can you believe that even after that, he offered to take me to the hospital? And he even asked for my phone number so he could check up on me later to see how I was doing.
