Chapter fifteen
THE LAND OF WATER
The whole area is covered with water. It is best known as an ocean. At the center of the ocean,a castle is seen at the top of the water. It is an ice castle built on an island with no vegetation on it. Particular and Christoph can be seen on a ship that is going towards the ice castle. According to Particular, the guardian of the land of water lives there. The ship is owned by a mushroom spirit who is the one taking them to the island.
It wasn't long when the ship landed and Particular along side with Christoph got down. A beautiful fairy with white hair down to her back appears.
"I am the guardian of the land of water. So pleased to meet you my Confessor"the fairy says and bows.
Christoph is taken back by awe at the beauty of the fairy. He immediately likes the fairy and falls in love with her. Particular indeed notices it but keeps quiet about it.
The fairy whose name is Selene led them both into the ice castle. Selene on her own side liked Christoph. She loved the way he smiled, the way he looked at her, his blue eyes and other qualities. Falling in love with him was very possible.
"You have such beautiful eyes"Christoph told her when they were alone.
"Thanks so much. You are a real gentleman"Selene said trying to hide her face.
As usual, training started. Selene's training was more of sweetness. This distracted Christoph a lot and Particular was not happy with it. Particular saw the way they loved each other but the training must be put as first. So he called both of them on the second day of Christoph's training and advised them.
"I do know that you two love each other and love shall always come first but Christoph, you should not forget the reason you came to the realm of the gods. Selene, please try to train Christoph very well because a great war is before him"Particular said and left them.
Selene and Christoph took the advice and took the training seriously and it wasn't long, Christoph learnt how to bend water.
On the fourth day, Selene used her powers in creating a huge sea monster to which Christoph had to fight with. Over the days, Christoph had grown more powerful than ever. Christoph ran and pounced on the sea monster attacking it with punches and blows. He jumped up, using his ice powers, created an ice sword. He dabbed the sword into the chest of the sea monster. The sea monster fell and turned into water and in a moment became it's normal self.
"You can't defeat my Sea monster so easily"Selene said smiling.
"Oh, you think so. I will surprise you"Christoph said.
Christoph again dabbed the sword into the sea monster's body but it came to normal. He suddenly noticed a blue gem at the Sea monster's head. He jumped up and used his powers in creating ice arrows which hit the gem. The gem broke and the sea monster turned into water but it didn't come back to normal.
